A sociedade Opera Studio Lda, fundada em 2023, surgiu a partir dos sócios e técnicos da empresa de engenharia e construção “Genera Lda”, da qual acumulam mais de 30 anos de experiência em projetos de especialidades de engenharia. Desde 2007 que a Genera desenvolve também actividades de projetos de arquitetura em edifícios de habitações e serviços.
Atualmente, a sociedade Opera Studio está focada em projetos de obras públicas de habitação e infraestruturas em Portugal e na União Europeia, com especial foco na reabilitação arquitetónica, estrutural, e energética de edifícios.
Trabalhamos exclusivamente com metodologias BIM, nivel 2 e em processo de certificação ISO 19650.
O paradigma da sustentabilidade é parte integrante do nosso processo de desenvolvimento e das soluções entregues.
Temos em aprovação vários projetos do Fundo de Modernização da União Europeia, todos com um índice de racionalidade económica nas emissões de carbono evitadas inferior a 200€/tonCo2.
Em novembro de 2025 estaremos presentes no Big 5 Global (Dubai) com o objetivo de consolidar parcerias estratégicas para projetos de arquitetura e engenharia contemporânea.
A Opera Studio irá inaugurar uma filial em Riade no primeiro trimestre de 2026, oferecendo serviços de arquitetura Archicad BIM e Engenharia MEP/HVAC , para o The Line, Qiddiya, Red Sea Global e ROSHN. Temos experiência comprovada em projetos de larga escala: Rio 2016 (venues desportivas) e cidade do Soyo com Angola LNG (credora de carbono). Os nossos projetos são entregues com total compatibilidade e damos assistência durante a execução da obra.

Opera Studio Lda, founded in 2023, was created by the partners and technicians of the engineering and construction company Genera Lda, who have over 30 years of experience in specialized engineering projects. Since 2007, Genera has also been involved in architectural projects for residential and service buildings.
Currently, Opera Studio is focused on public housing and infrastructure projects in Portugal and the European Union, with a special focus on the architectural, structural, and energy rehabilitation of buildings.
We work exclusively with BIM methodologies, level 2, and are in the process of obtaining ISO 19650 certification.
The paradigm of sustainability is an integral part of our development process and the solutions we deliver.
We have several projects under approval by the European Union Modernization Fund, all with an economic rationality index for avoided carbon emissions of less than €200/tonCo2.
In November 2025, we will be present at Big 5 Global (Dubai) with the aim of consolidating strategic partnerships for contemporary architecture and engineering projects.
Opera Studio will open a branch in Riyadh in the first quarter of 2026, offering Archicad BIM architecture and MEP/HVAC engineering services to The Line, Qiddiya, Red Sea Global, and ROSHN. We have proven experience in large-scale projects: Rio 2016 (sports venues) and Soyo City with Angola LNG (carbon creditor). Our projects are delivered with full compatibility and we provide assistance throughout the execution of the project.
